Bafra Un Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. was established in 1974 with the efforts of Ali ERİŞ, businessman from Ordu/Fatsa.

Bafra un accomplished strong and stable growth from those initial steps until date under the management of Celal ERİŞ, who took over the management from his father and following establishment of the 2nd flour company in Istanbul Silivri after the first factory in Bafra, its investments, which seemed impossible at the beginning reached a level that is worth being proud of.

Today, Bafra Un has become a company that competes in international markets thanks to the advanced technology investments made by Ahmet ERIŞ, 3rd generation manager of Bafra Un with the purpose of reaching the goal of “producing goods and services at world standards” set by him.

Bafra Un, which increased its wheat processing capacity through the years by increasing in multiples during the years following its establishment, does not find sufficient its current capacity of 400 tons in the Bafra facility and 800 tons in the Silivri facility; it continues to make investments in the economy of our country in other food areas as rice and conserve plants in addition to the flour sector with its faith in itself and our country.

Our policy

Our policy orders us to keep customer satisfaction as our primary focus. We are a company that wishes to be close enough to show interest in our customers buying 1 container of flour or 1 package of flour and making maximum efforts to show interest in them and trying to understand the requirements of our company by empathizing with them.

Our buildup of experience from 1974 until date taught us that customer focused production and high level of customer satisfaction are the best tools for competition.

We are trying to stand out and set an example in our sector with our products, services and quality of human resources in a highly competitive environment in order to be able to reach the consumers that become more and more selective every single day in all markets.

The fact that our name is found to be trustworthy both in domestic markets and international markets and that our customer relations management that we apply abroad, and is unique for us is taken as example by our competitors makes us proud and motivates us to work continuously without being tired in order to be better.
