Our Factory Located In Istanbul-Silivri/ Değirmenköy

The 2 facilities of our factory which became operational in year 2003 are equipped with the last technology. The two units produce 39 vales, 9 sifters, 15 semolina machines 3 of which are double layered. The system is monitored and controlled from a single computer and production is made in the most hygienic and productive conditions since the system shuts down automatically even if a minor problem occurs.

In addition to all these, our factory also has 29 flour silos of 100 tons each.

Our factory in Our factory in Silivri has;
3 vertical wheat silos of 4000 tons each,
2 horizontal wheat silos of 1500 tons each,
2 horizontal wheat silos of 2000 tons each.

In addition to these, it also has wheat silos of 31,150 tons in total comprising of 
6 x 1000 tons,
3 x 450 tons,
4 x 200 tons.

Also, 8 washing silos of 200 tons each are in service for washing.

Our factory in Silivri was equipped with flour and bran automation systems and special extraction weighbridges. It has a packing capacity of 1500 bags of flour for 50-25 kgs in an hour with 2 carousel type flour packing machines with 6 heads.

It is also possible to packing in packs of 1 kg, 2 kgs, 5 kgs and 10 kgs.
The Capacity of flour packing unit of our factory is:
- 35 tons/hour for packs of 50 kg,
- 15 tons/hour for packs of 25 kg,
- 900 packs/hour for packs of 1 and 2 kgs,
- 700 packs/hour for packs of 5 kgs.

Our Factory Located In Samsun-Bafra

Our factory in Samsun / Bafra, which was founded and became operational in year 1974 with the most advanced technology of the time reached today after undergoing various revisions and modernization works and lastly it became operational once again after being revised in April 2007 according to the latest technologic systems and rules of hygiene.

There are 24 vales, 5 sifters and 8 semolina machines and wheat, flour bran, razmol extraction weighbridges in our factory, which became an exemplary facility in its region.

Our facility in Bafra has 10 flour silos of 75 tons each and totally of 10,380 tons of wheat silos comprised of;
15 x 140 tons,
9 x 170 tons,
6 x 1000 tons,
3 x 250 tons.

Our factory has 1 carousel type packing system with 6 heads and our products are packed within the framework of hygiene rules with no hand touch and orders become ready for shipment in this manner.
